Love Never Fails

I told you I never learned

What other girls did.

They all know what to do and say

And how to make guys go their way.

This problem has hampered me all my life.

And it has cost me a great price.

I’ve missed out on lots of love.

I’ve been by myself

Without a man’s love

But now I know Jesus

I have help from above.

But unless I know it’s safe,

I can’t show this heart of mine that’s full of love.

Love involves risks

I am willing to take

When I know it’s God

Because it’s for His Estate.

I know when He initiates something

There’s no failure to take.

Although I feel like giving up

At this place.

I’ve decided to press on in this race!

Because love never gives up and

Love never fails.
