The Perfect One Inside
We’re not perfect yet.
But The One who is Perfect, we have met.
You see He lives in us, inside.
In Him we will always abide
For He says if we abide in Him,
And His words abide in us,
Then everything we ask will come without a fuss.
Yes, we’ll continue to make mistakes
But with the Perfect One Inside
And with prayer, those mistakes will He take.
And cause all things to work out for good.
All things according to His Divine Plan as they should.
So there’s no need to fear
Because the Perfect One Inside is greater.
For greater is He that lives inside
Than he that lives in the World.
Never a need to fear when
The One who brings victory is inside.
For He has not given us a Spirit of Fear
But what we have is a Spirit of
Power, Love and a Sound Mind
In Him alone this can you find!
