Jamaicans: People With Strong Hearts
The people of Jamaica have a spirit that’s strong. They are very confident that they belong. Belong in this region and on this earth. Because Jamaica is the land of their birth.
Through hardships and tribulations, they learn; That no matter what the challenge, they can earn. Earn enough to take care of themselves and others To help mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers.
They know that tough times don’t last; But tough people can overcome, no matter the past. They know if they put their trust in God, He will someway, somehow touch people’s hearts. To open door that no man can shut, To provide opportunities for all who will in Him trust.
I celebrate all Jamaicans at home and overseas That have this strong spirit for mankind to see. To see it doesn’t matter how hard it is and where you start. You can do your part if you believe in God and have a strong heart!
